New HV Ring main at TATA Steel Port Talbot
Port Talbot Steelworks is an integrated steel production plant in Port Talbot, Wales. capable of producing nearly 5 million tonne’s of steel slab per annum, making it the largest of all three major steel plants in the UK and one of the largest in Europe.
CBL installed the new 11kv HV Ring main on the site through the new duct route throughout the site into the existing sub stations, the work was carried out on time and within budget despite difficult access and challenging working conditions
